Compensation & Schedule

  • Journeyperson Rate: $51.25/hour (includes $2/hour retention bonus) effective November 9, 2025
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Hours: 40 regular hours/week + 9 paid travel hours/week
  • Travel: Depart Monday mornings, return Friday afternoons

Additional Benefits

  • $80/day LOA (tax-free for Regina-based employees)
  • Access to fleet vehicles
  • Retention bonus applies to regular, overtime, and travel hours (conditions apply)

Accommodations

Stay in brand-new, fully furnished apartments directly across from the site. Each two-bedroom unit includes:

  • All utilities & maintenance included

Key Qualifications

  • Relevant electrical experience (hospital experience is a plus)
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings
  • Familiarity with the Canadian Electrical Code
  • Strong attention to detail and safety practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Main Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and test electrical systems and equipment
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Install data cabling and fiber optics
  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow all safety protocols
