About the Role

As a High Ticket Sales Partner, you'll be responsible for selling our exclusive lifestyle experiences and building strong client relationships. You'll begin with a base pay of $2,000/month during your training and performance development period — plus the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions once trained and active.

This is a role for top performers who want to build a long-term, high-income career representing one of Canada's fastest-growing luxury brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for luxury services (chauffeur, jets, villas, yachts, events)
  • Present and close high-value clients through personalized consultations
  • Manage and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Represent the brand at networking and client events
  • Collaborate with the internal concierge and marketing team for smooth client delivery
  • Achieve and exceed personal monthly sales goals

Compensation

  • Base: $2,000/month during initial training period
  • Commissions: Uncapped — top performers earn $10,000+/month
  • Transition to base + performance contract after successful training
