Job Description

As a Cook and Customer Service Team Member, you'll be responsible for both kitchen and front of house duties. You will prepare pizza dough, toppings, and ingredients, assemble and bake pizzas to Panago standards, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace. You'll also interact with customers taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring each guest leaves satisfied. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented attitude are key to success in this role.

Day to Day Tasks (DOT)

  • Prepare and portion ingredients for daily service (dough, sauce, cheese, toppings)
  • Assemble and cook pizzas, and other menu items according to company standards
  • Maintain a clean kitchen, prep area, and equipment throughout shifts
  • Receive and store inventory safely and efficiently
  • Take customer orders in person and over the phone
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
  • Support other team members and maintain a positive work environment
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, kitchen, or pizza shop is an asset but not required
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure during busy hours
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and well groomed
  • Positive energy and a friendly attitude toward customers and coworkers
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
