Job Overview
Unison Windows & Doors is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to support our day-to-day administrative and financial operations. This part-time, onsite position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and maintaining smooth office flow. The successful candidate will have excellent computer literacy, and a proactive approach to communication and organization.
Duties
- Maintain organized office systems, files, and records to support day-to-day operations.
- Communicate with staff regarding payroll deadlines and other time-sensitive items.
- Assist with accounts payable; assist with receipt submission to bookkeepers.
- Identify opportunities to streamline or automate manual administrative processes.
- Implement simple, effective systems to improve office efficiency and accuracy.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications related to administrative and office matters.
- Liaise with team members, suppliers, and management to ensure accurate and timely information flow
Qualifications & Skills
- 3–5 years of related experience in office administration / coordination.
