Renovation Labourer

Overview

Handyman Guelph is looking for a motivated and dependable Renovation Labourer with at least 2 years of experience in residential renovations or construction. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on a variety of projects including drywall, framing, flooring, painting, trim work, and general repairs. You'll work closely with our lead technicians and assist on projects across Guelph and the surrounding area

Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, framing, drywall installation, and finishing work
• Support lead technicians with residential repairs and renovations
• Handle basic carpentry, flooring, and painting tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients when needed

• Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in renovations, construction, or handyman work
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to take direction and work independently when required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Basic hand and power tools (an asset if you have your own)
• Punctual, professional, and team-oriented attitude
