Service Manager
for a leading German automotive dealership in Oakville.

This is your chance to step into a leadership role where you'll oversee a busy service department, drive performance, support your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day operations of the service department
  • Hire, train, and mentor
    service staff to reach goals
  • Oversee technician productivity and shop workflow
  • Build strong relationships with Sales & Parts teams
  • Manage warranty processes
    and ensure compliance
  • Resolve customer concerns and continuously improve CSI scores

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years
    of experience in Service Management within automotive retail
  • Technical background:
    Class A Technician license is a strong asset
  • Experience with
    PBS software (required)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of federal and provincial service regulations
