The Manchester Bar, located at 546 Ouellette Avenue. Windsor, Ontario, is looking for one (1) full-time Bar/Restaurant Manager (NOC Restaurant and food service managers). The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee and manage daily functions of an establishment
- Decide on the services to be provided and set standard operating procedures
- Recruit, and train new employees
- Set schedules for staff and supervise their performance
- Manage inventory levels, monitor revenue, and adjust pricing / procedures as required
- Manage customer concerns and monitor health and safety regulations
- Coordinate supply agreements with vendors for food and other materials
- Manage catering events, banquets, or facility rentals
Applicant must have completed a 2-year program in Hospitality Management and have at least 4 years of management experience.Applicant must speak, read and write in English.
