We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dental practitioners by ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the practice. This position requires a blend of clinical expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional patient care in a friendly environment.

Duties

  • Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared and ready for use.
  • Take X-rays while adhering to safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment plans, utilizing software such Abeldent.
  • Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.
  • Utilize CAD technology for dental procedures when applicable.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dental assisting is preferred, with familiarity general dentistry.
  • Proficiency with dental software systems like Abeldent is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to dentistry is essential.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Certification in dental assisting is mandatory
