What You'll Be Doing

  • Posting job requisitions across various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Sourcing candidates through ATS, job boards, social platforms, universities, and community centers.
  • Reviewing resumes and conducting initial phone screens/interviews.
  • Collaborating daily/weekly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role changes, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
  • Closing open positions efficiently and meeting hiring deadlines.
  • Processing offers and onboarding candidates via our ATS.
  • Verifying new hire documents and conducting background checks as needed.
  • Ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into HR systems.
  • Keeping internal tracking systems up to date.
  • Thinking outside the box to find new sourcing avenues and attract top talent.
  • Staying organized and prioritizing daily tasks effectively.
  • Reporting challenges, bugs, or workflow issues to management.
  • Taking on additional projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in high-volume Talent Acquisition, preferably in an agency or retail setting.
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS preferred).
  • Fully bilingual—comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in both French & English.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and adapt to their unique hiring needs.
  • A creative mindset for sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to sell job opportunities to the best field talent.
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • A highly organized approach with strong attention to detail.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A natural networker who stays up to date on industry hiring trends.

Vos responsabilités

  • Publier des offres d'emploi sur différentes plateformes pour attirer les meilleurs talents.
  • Sourcer des candidats via ATS, sites d'emploi, plateformes sociales, universités et centres communautaires.
  • Examiner les CV et effectuer des pré-entretiens téléphoniques.
  • Collaborer quotidiennement/hebdomadairement avec les gestionnaires pour comprendre leurs besoins et organiser les entrevues.
  • Coordonner et planifier les entrevues avec les gestionnaires.
  • Clôturer les postes dans les délais impartis.
  • Traiter les offres et les intégrations via notre ATS.
  • Vérifier les documents des nouvelles recrues et effectuer des vérifications d'antécédents si nécessaire.
  • Assurer l'intégration des nouvelles recrues aux systèmes RH.
  • Maintenir à jour les systèmes de suivi interne.
  • Explorer de nouvelles stratégies pour attirer les meilleurs talents.
  • Gérer efficacement les priorités quotidiennes.
  • Signaler tout problème ou défi à la direction.
  • Participer à d'autres projets selon les besoins.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • 1-2 ans d'expérience en acquisition de talents à haut volume, idéalement en agence ou dans le commerce de détail.
  • Expérience avec un système de suivi des candidatures (iCIMS de préférence).
  • Bilinguisme requis (français et anglais, écrit et oral).
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs parties prenantes et à s'adapter à leurs besoins.
  • Esprit créatif pour identifier et attirer les meilleurs talents.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à vendre les opportunités d'emploi.
  • Attitude axée sur les résultats avec un souci du respect des délais.
  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Sens de l'organisation et souci du détail.
