Motion designer

Le ou la motion designer est responsable de la création d'animations et d'effets visuels de haut niveau en fonction des briefs créatifs et des storyboards. Il ou elle analyse les storyboards, propose des concepts d'animation et conçoit des designs ou des éléments graphiques au besoin. Il ou elle assure également le classement des projets en respectant les nomenclatures établies à l'interne.
Travaillant au quotidien en collaboration avec un·e lead d'expertise et sous sa supervision, il·elle évalue avec lui·elle le niveau technique des projets ainsi que leur faisabilité en fonction des délais impartis.
Autodidacte et passionné·e, ce talent nourrit continuellement sa curiosité en veillant à maintenir sa culture technologique et artistique à jour. Il ou elle se forme de manière proactive aux nouvelles techniques d'animation, aux plugins et aux logiciels émergents afin d'enrichir son expertise.
Responsabilités
Capacité à prendre un brief créatif, à analyser un storyboard et proposer des concepts d'animation.
Évaluer le niveau technique d'un projet et la faisabilité selon les délais;
(avec aide de son lead.);
Créer des animations/motion design;
Créer des designs ou éléments graphiques pour compléter ou bonifier les storyboards;
Apprendre en continu de nouvelles techniques d'animations, nouveaux plugins et nouveaux logiciels;
Être constamment à l'affût des nouvelles technologies et des mouvements artistiques;
Assurer le classement des projets selon les nomenclatures établies.
Profil idéal
Excellente maîtrise des logiciels After Effects, Illustrator et Photoshop ainsi que des plugins les plus connus dans l'industrie.
Bonne connaissance du logiciel Cinema 4D
Excellente maîtrise des principes de l'animation (timing, composition, rythme).
Avoir un bon sens du storytelling pour bien orienter les équipes de création.
Bonne connaissance de différentes techniques d'animation (2D, 3D, animation de personnage, etc)
Souci de l'esthétique et compréhension des tendances actuelles en matière de motion design.
Connaissance sur l'utilisation de l'IA (comment l'utiliser et l'intégrer pour optimiser la production et améliorer la créativité)
Capacité à travailler sous pression sur plusieurs mandats à la fois et à respecter des délais serrés.
Capacité à recevoir et intégrer des feedbacks constructifs pour améliorer les animations.
