Job Description:
Our client is looking for a skilled MEiT Coordinator to join their team. This role involves the coordination of mechanical, electrical, and information technology aspects in architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEiT systems, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and IT systems integration in architectural projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team regarding MEiT aspects.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Manage communication between the project team, clients, and contractors regarding MEiT matters.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates and insights on MEiT coordination.
- Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to MEiT systems.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience in MEiT coordination.
- Experience in coordinating mechanical, electrical, and IT aspects of architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of building systems and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including Revit and other design/modeling tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and regulations.
