YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE:

The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in an administrative capacity.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing, verifying, and updating documentation related to HR activities such as legal employee documents, recruitment, performance management, statistics, and salary administration;
• Inputting payroll changes in Success Factors accurately and according to payroll deadlines;
• Ensuring the integrity of Success Factors data through standard auditing practices;
• Providing support to the recruitment process with the on-boarding of new employees;
• Supporting employees with enquiries and refer them to the appropriate person.
• Comparing data, statistics and other information and conduct research when required;
• Assisting with HR related duties as required.
• Assisting with Human Resources related projects.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Our ideal candidate has:

• Student enrolled in a Post Secondary program focused in Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Experience working at a remote work site is an asset;
• Proven commitment to health, safety and the environment;
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills;
• Exceptional ability to work within a diverse team;
• Attention to detail;
