Position Responsibilities:

Develops change management processes and tools to support adoption of the changes required by IT transformations.

Conducts change impact analysis, assesses change readiness, and develops change plans to drive adoption,

Leads transformation efforts by taking ownership of the master transformation roadmap and progress.

Develops the communication strategy and approach (including channel, audience, change networks, tools and tactics), learning, culture and measurement strategy and approach.

Ensures that leaders, stakeholders and the Change team deliver on change plans.

Identifies and manages change champions and change network to drive adoption.

Consults and coaches IT teams and leaders on change enablement and adoption according to industry standard methodologies.

Defines and measures success metrics to monitor change and communications progress and to ensure that the intended objectives are met.

Remains current on digital and emerging technologies and trends related to change enablement and project management.

Innovate within the Change team to drive improvements by using the latest technologies, analytics and optimization processes.

Supports strategy and execution of culture-related activities including behaviors, coaching, and focused campaigns.

Leverages communication assets, including all appropriate media to deliver outstanding communications for the change initiative or project.

Highlights and uses new communication channels that would aid in driving adoption.

Leverages data and analytics to identify and raise risks and issues to senior leaders while mitigating and proposing solutions.

Ensures the programs and value streams have dedicated capacity to support IT transformation initiatives.

Ensures the availability of shared services to ensure transformations have the appropriate guard rails for success.

Provides recommendations and input to drive future state organizational or IT transformation

Required Qualifications:

5+ years experience Transformation Change Specialist

Experience in developing and implementing communications and learning strategies

Knowledge in project management, project risk analysis, creating and managing reports, metrics and dashboards

Strong experience in stakeholder management and managing relationships with leaders and impacted stakeholders

Leads projects or work streams independently and contributes to their planning

Salary range is expected to be between

$75,880.00 CAD - $140,920.00 CAD
