Position Overview

We are seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Personal Trainer
located in
Burlington, ON
, to work with one of our clients for 45-minute sessions, 2–3 times per week.

This is a
casual, contract-based role,
ideal for a certified trainer, kinesiology student, or fitness professional who enjoys working one-on-one in a supportive, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home personal training sessions (45 minutes each).
  • Guide the client safely through their customized exercise program.
  • Monitor progress and adjust the program as needed.
  • Provide
    weekly reports
    summarizing session progress and observations.
  • Encourage, motivate, and ensure the client exercises safely and effectively.

Requirements

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CanFitPro, NASM, ACE, ISSA or equivalent).
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (required).
  • Previous experience working with older adults or in-home clients is an asset.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the client's home in Burlington.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctual, professional, and dependable.

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
  • Casual / contract-based position (independent contractor).
