Inforesight Consumer Products Inc. (ICP) is a leader in radiant heating and control technology. We are growing and looking for a bright, motivated, and energetic individual to join us in our mission to deliver world class, technical heating solutions under our Solaira° ) and Aura ) Brands.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in B2B sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead account management efforts and contribute to the company's expansion in competitive markets.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and market analysis
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs
- Develop tailored sales strategies aligned with client objectives and company goals
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, forecast future performance, and inform strategic decisions
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of client inquiries
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders, demonstrating leadership and professionalism throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to address customer requirements.
- Assist in the development of marketing strategies, showroom displays and promotional activities.
- Manage Product Training resources for the retail, market including Sales Aides & Tools
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of engaging diverse clients
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to sales growth strategies
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and internal teams alike
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
