About the Position
A well-established private dental clinic in Regina is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Full-Time Dental Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Maintain accurate patient records and files
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle billing, invoicing, and account management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred (dental office experience is an asset)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software systems
- Ability to handle sensitive patient information with discretion
Assets
- Knowledge of Dentrix software (training can be provided)
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Experience with insurance billing and claims processing
Compensation
