We are a well-established, 12-year chiropractic and physiotherapy clinic in Okotoks, and we are looking for a full-time Kinesiologist/Receptionist to support our growing practice.
About the Role
This is a dynamic, patient-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment. While the role is primarily reception- and billing-focused, there are opportunities to assist with exercise rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise instruction, and laser therapy modalities.
Key Responsibilities
Front-desk reception, patient check-in/check-out
Managing high-volume appointment schedules
Processing billing, payments, and insurance submissions
Communicating with patients via phone, email, text, and booking software
Assisting practitioners with exercise rehab and clinical modalities as needed
Maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment
Qualifications
Degree in Kinesiology (or related field) preferred
Strong communication skills across all technologies (phone, email, SMS, EMR systems)
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinic setting
Attention to detail with billing accuracy
Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Must be available to work evenings
Compensation
Starting wage: $20/hour
