Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented cabinet assembler and closet system assembler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for woodworking and craftsmanship, with the ability to assemble and build high-quality cabinetry. This role requires proficiency in using power tools and an understanding of carpentry techniques. The Cabinet Maker will work closely with our Senior assembly manager and Production Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and build cabinets according to design specifications.
  • Utilize various power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
  • Ensure all work is plumb, level, and meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to plan projects and manage timelines.
  • Perform heavy lifting (max 50lbs) as necessary during the construction and installation processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Assist in other areas of the production facility as needed including packing and/or shipping preparation.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Cabinet Maker or similar role in carpentry.
  • Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to cabinet making.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
