Oak Ridges Window and Eaves Cleaning is a home maintenance company that provides window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing and polymeric sanding services to households and commercial buildings. About the Job

  • You will be going door to door offering to schedule free estimates for window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing.

  • You will be trained in how to handle objections. as well as how to schedule estimates at the door.

Job responsibilities

  • Increase brand awareness

  • Generate leads, as well as convert leads to estimates at the door

  • Work in a team environment, working with friends is encouraged

  • Build rapport with customers

  • Potential for future promotions within the company

  • Work locally and we operate mostly in Richmond Hill and Markham

Job Requirements and Benefits

  • Energetic, upbeat & motivated

  • Results oriented

  • Previous infield marketing, customer service and sales experience an asset

  • Must be willing to work outdoors

  • Reliable transportation to and from sites in Richmond Hill

  • 10-20+ hours a week (flexible schedule)

  • Position runs March-May or March-July

  • Can make $18 - $24 an hour depending on performance

  • On-the-job support
