Join Our Winter Operations Team

We are hiring experienced Snow Plow Operators and heavy equipment drivers for the upcoming winter season. We're looking for reliable professionals to operate plow trucks, tractors, loaders, and sidewalk machines to support snow clearing and ice control across residential, commercial, and municipal properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate plow trucks, tractors, front-end loaders, and sidewalk machines for snow removal.
  • Clear snow from roads, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks, and other assigned areas.
  • Pile snow in designated zones to ensure site accessibility and safety.
  • Respond promptly to snow and ice events — including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Perform equipment checks and report maintenance needs.
  • Work as part of a coordinated team to ensure efficient and thorough snow clearing.
  • Maintain clear communication with supervisors on task progress and site conditions.

Preferred Equipment Experience:

  • Bobcat Small Articulated Loader
  • Ventrac Sidewalk Equipment
  • Snow Plow Truck Operation

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience operating snow plow trucks, tractors, front-end loaders, or sidewalk snow machines.
  • Must be available 24/7 on-call during snow and ice events (including holidays such as Christmas and New Year's).
  • Valid driver's license (Commercial Driver's License is an asset).
  • Reliable transportation to and from the yard is required.
  • Strong understanding of snow removal procedures and equipment safety.
  • Ability to work under pressure in challenging weather conditions.
  • Team-oriented with solid communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working outside in freezing temperatures and snowy conditions.
  • Capable of sitting or standing for extended periods while operating machinery.
