Overview

We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Food Service Worker to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced food industry environment, ensuring that all guests have a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant or food service settings, possess strong food handling skills, and demonstrate a passion for hospitality and food safety. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within the food industry while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist with food preparation tasks, including assembling ingredients and plating dishes
  • Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Handle food safely and maintain cleanliness in all work areas in compliance with health regulations
  • Set up dining areas, including arranging tables and utensils as needed
  • Take customer orders accurately and process transactions promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality roles is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if required
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset are essential
  • "Serving it Right" certificate.
