Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring an engaging shopping experience. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about retail sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a passion for Health and Supplements. Bilingual abilities and experience in technical sales or product demos are a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop your sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment while contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
  • Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
  • Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
  • Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
  • Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is clean and inviting
  • Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
  • Apply effective time management to ensure all responsibilities are completed efficiently during shifts
  • Follow company policies regarding cashiering, POS procedures, and customer data privacy

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
  • Experience with retail sales, merchandising, and POS systems
  • Knowledge of technology products or technical sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively explain features to customers
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills to prioritize responsibilities during busy hours
  • Phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally over the phone
  • Upselling techniques to increase sales volume while maintaining customer satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.71-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
