THE ROLE

Third Key Holder

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
  • Train new sales associates
  • Step in for the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager when needed
  • Occasionally supervise daily store operations
  • Educate customers on products and shoe care
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive sales and exceed goals
  • Ensure displays are organized and visually appealing
  • Collaborate with the team and support inventory management
