Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot ADMS applications including SCADA, DMS, OMS and related grid operations tools.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system performance and functional issues across ADMS environments.
  • Perform defect analysis, root cause investigation, and provide corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Execute and analyze results from FAT and SAT test cycles, documenting outcomes and tracking defect resolution.
  • Configure, manage, and monitor ADMS replication groups, ensuring data consistency across operational environments.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering teams, utility customers, and vendors to resolve escalated issues.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and deployment of new ADMS capabilities with minimal disruption.
  • Ensure high availability, data integrity, and disaster recovery readiness of ADMS systems.

Must Have Skills

  • Experience supporting ADMS / SCADA / OMS / DMS platforms (Oracle NMS strongly preferred, but GE / Schneider / Siemens / Survalent also acceptable).
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities with Linux / Windows servers.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle SQL, database replication, and performance analysis.
  • Familiarity with C / C++ / C#, scripting, and automation (Python preferred).
  • Understanding of utility grid operations (Transmission and Distribution).
  • Knowledge of IP networking, routing, DNS, Active Directory, and firewall principles.
  • Experience working in secure or regulated environments (NERC CIP familiarity a plus).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
