Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong knowledge of bartending techniques and food safety practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to guarantee the highest quality service.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and handling tips.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
  • Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Uphold a friendly and hospitable environment that encourages repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry.
  • Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
  • Familiarity with cashiering processes and cash handling is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for hospitality and helping others is essential for success in this role.
