What You'll Do

As a Sales Associate, you'll deliver an exceptional customer experience by combining product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm for outdoor living. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service and expert advice on outdoor apparel and gear
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
  • Achieving sales goals through effective communication and product knowledge
  • Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation standards
  • Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous sales experience (experience in apparel or outdoor retail is a strong asset)
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and teammates
  • Is fluent in English; the ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is preferred
  • Is passionate about outdoor activities and enjoys sharing that passion with others
  • Is reliable, positive, and a team player
  • Is available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
