Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes ensuring timely sourcing of products.
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to forecast needs and optimize supply chain operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
  • Utilize inventory systems to record and document procurement activities.
  • Oversee quality control, testing of new products before and after procurement.
  • Monitor vendor performance and develop strategic relationships.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new sourcing opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations (trademarks, copyrights, safety data sheets, domestic and international product compliance).
  • Negotiate with freight forwarders to secure the best pricing and terms.
  • Dedicate several hours a week to work from home in the evening to communicate with vendors in different time-zones.
  • Be able to calculate estimated landing costs and net profit for individual products.
  • Keep stock and organize all samples and documents proactively.
  • Communicate with the design team to discuss packaging information, product specifications, and any other relevant information to create product listings.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor management experience.
  • Proficiency with inventory systems.
  • Be fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin (French is a plus)
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data related to pricing, sourcing, and procurement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is advantageous.

Responsabilités

  • Gérer les processus d'approvisionnement de bout en bout, assurant l'acquisition des produits en temps opportun.
  • Négocier avec les fournisseurs pour obtenir les meilleurs prix et conditions.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de logistique et des finances pour prévoir les besoins et optimiser les opérations de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Tenir des registres précis des bons de commande, des contrats et des informations sur les fournisseurs.
  • Utiliser les systèmes d'inventaire pour enregistrer et documenter les activités d'approvisionnement.
  • Superviser le contrôle de la qualité et tester les nouveaux produits avant et après l'acquisition.
  • Surveiller la performance des fournisseurs et développer des relations stratégiques.
  • Analyser les tendances du marché pour identifier de nouvelles opportunités d'approvisionnement.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise et les réglementations de l'industrie (marques de commerce, droits d'auteur, fiches de données de sécurité, conformité des produits nationaux et internationaux).
  • Négocier avec les transitaires pour obtenir les meilleurs prix et conditions de fret.
  • Consacrer plusieurs heures par semaine au travail à domicile en soirée pour communiquer avec les fournisseurs dans différents fuseaux horaires.
  • Être capable de calculer les coûts d'arrivée estimés (coûts à quai) et le bénéfice net pour chaque produit.
  • Gérer les stocks et organiser de manière proactive tous les échantillons et les documents.
  • Communiquer avec l'équipe de conception pour discuter des informations sur l'emballage, des spécifications des produits et de toute autre information pertinente pour créer les fiches produits.

Qualifications

  • Expérience avérée en achat ou en approvisionnement.
  • Solides compétences en négociation et expérience en gestion de fournisseurs.
  • Maîtrise des systèmes d'inventaire.
  • Parfaitement bilingue à l'oral et à l'écrit en anglais et en mandarin (le français est un atout).
  • Connaissance des principes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et de la logistique.
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication.
  • Capacité à analyser les données liées à la tarification, à l'approvisionnement et à l'acquisition.
  • Un baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe est un avantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour
