Are you an experienced finance leader looking to step into a high-impact role with a growing, forward-thinking organization in the manufacturing and advanced technology sector? This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and help shape operational and financial strategy.

As Controller, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and controls. You'll play a key role in supporting the company's growth through strong financial stewardship and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle accounting (GL, AP, AR, payroll, tax remittances, fixed assets, reconciliations).
  • Lead monthly financial close and reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Develop and maintain cost accounting, cash flow forecasting, and inventory control.
  • Partner with operations and engineering to support project budgets and cost tracking.
  • Manage insurance, banking, and audit relationships.
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and year-end preparation.
  • Supervise and support a small finance/admin team.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • CPA designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • 5–10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership.
  • Strong technical skills in ERP/accounting systems and Excel.
  • Proven ability to lead financial reporting, budgeting, and operational support.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
