Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Edmonton Metropolitan Area for a Commercial Property Administrator. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of commercial properties, addressing tenant inquiries, coordinating maintenance services, preparing budgets, handling leases, and ensuring property compliance with local regulations. The administrator will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, vendors, and management while ensuring smooth and efficient property operations. Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in Property Management and knowledge of Real Estate practices.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address tenant needs and liaise with vendors effectively.
  • Familiarity with Budgeting and financial management processes in a property management context.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software is an asset.
  • Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Good understanding of financials, cam costs, leases.
  • assisting property manager in preparing RFQ, as well as scope of work for vendors
  • onboarding new vendors and new properties into our software.
  • Sending out communication, notices, rent reminders
