Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Recreation Manager, located in Collingwood, ON. The Recreation Manager will plan, develop, and oversee recreation programs and activities for residents. Responsibilities include designing recreation activities and calendar and running the activities, managing budgets, supervising staff, ensuring effective communication with residents, and fostering a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere.

  • Qualifications
  • Experience in recreation and therapeutic recreation program for seniors planning
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with residents, staff, and families
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial planning for recreation programs
  • Certification or degree in Recreation Management, Therapeutic Recreation, or related field is preferred
  • Experience working in senior living or similar community settings is required
