Requirements – you must have:

· An undergraduate degree, graduate degree or Community College diploma in Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or a relevant field of study and a minimum of three years' experience in a related Business/Social Services /Human Services/Education or relevant sector.

· Flexibilityto work hours to accommodate clients' needs may result in overtime.

· Reliable transportationto provide services in London and surrounding county areas. A vehicle is required.

· Must be able to provide in-person and some virtual services in London and Area. Redeployment to the outside of London and Area as needed.

· Valid Driver's license.

· Verification of car insurance for business use under your name or willing to obtain.

• A current satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Criminal Check is required.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Must be able to provide proof of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination or documentation of a medical exemption or reason related to protected grounds under the Human Rights Code.

· Bilingual in French or other languages would be an asset.

• First Aid and CPR certification is an asset and may be required, as applicable per program requirements.

Full Time salary ranges from $50,000 annually for Employment Specialists, immediate Employee Assistance Program, and supplementary Health and Dental benefits with six months of service completion. Travel reimbursement $0.64/KM.
