Kia West Edmonton is looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Consultant to join our growing team If you have a knack for building relationships, a love for the automotive industry, and a goal-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Understand customers' needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to potential buyers, highlighting features, benefits, and pricing
  • Negotiate deals and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with Kia product knowledge and promotions
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales goals and provide feedback on market trends

Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail (but not required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
