Client Service Supervisor
who can be autonomous in leading a team of Personal Support Workers / Home Support Workers, and comfortable providing support to staff and clients. Our next
Client Service Supervisor

Client Service Supervisor
to take ownership of their team and really build some foundational relationships with the employees they are overseeing. Closing the Gap is one of Ontario's largest healthcare companies and we welcome candidates who have experience leading and supervising a team.

This is a Full-Time position based at our Huntsville head office (Hybrid), servicing the immediate Muskoka region.
- You will be responsible for the day-day management and coordination of the services your staff will provide to the community.
- You thrive on being a self-starter and can work well under minimal supervision.
- You can work in a team but are proven to be reliable while working independently.
- You are a problem solver at heart and when problems do arise you are able to find solutions and able to provide the best customer service possible.
- You are driven and thrive off delivering the best service possible to staff and clients.
Skills Needed For Success
- You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, conduct performance reviews, supervise client visits, and formulate case management procedures
- Thorough understanding of all facets of PSW/HSW work and need to be familiar with all aspects of work that the staff would encounter.
- Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Supervisory or managerial experience required.
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regulated healthcare professional, ie Registered Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
