We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of project management, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Duties
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and analyzing sales data to inform decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities for growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams in project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of services.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or a related field is essential.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience in marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Food/Pizza Resturant Required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
