About this opportunity (Please read carefully): This is a pipeline posting aimed at building a network of talented AI Designers (Generative AI) for future opportunities. By applying, you are expressing interest in being considered for various roles (primarily 12-month contract assignments) within teams focused on designing and deploying advanced solutions based on LLMs and Cloud technologies. This is not an application for a single, specific position at this time.

Description of roles we recruit for: We are looking for technical designers to operationalize AI solutions from prototype to production. Responsibilities in these roles typically include:

  • Developing full-stack applications that integrate Generative AI (LLM) solutions.
  • Designing and implementing robust APIs and microservices for AI systems.
  • Setting up CI/CD pipelines for the automated deployment of AI solutions.
  • Integrating AI solutions into existing software ecosystems.
  • Ensuring the quality, security (DevSecOps), and compliance (data governance) of solutions.

Providing technical leadership and mentorship to AI developers and performing in-depth code reviews.

  • Documenting technical architectures and design decisions.
  • Resolving complex technical problems and proposing optimized solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Expertise in designing and implementing systems based on LLMs (Large Language Models).
  • Mastery of modern ML/AI frameworks.
  • Experience with APIs and SDKs from major LLM providers.
  • Expertise in Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
  • Deep knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps tools.
  • Awareness of the performance, security, and ethical challenges related to LLMs.
  • Bilingualism required (French / English) for team collaboration.
