Position Overview

We are seeking a self-motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our Surrey team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, confidence in cold calling, and a passion for connecting with customers through both in-person and social media platforms.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being creative — participating in social media content creation, short product videos, and promotional campaigns while also building strong customer relationships and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, walk-ins, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Engage with contractors, builders, and retail customers to promote Vancasa's product lines.
  • Take part in social media content creation, including appearing in videos to promote products and events.
  • Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads to close sales.
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and excellent customer service.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in building materials, construction, or retail).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident with cold calling and lead generation.
  • Social-media-savvy – familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content.
  • Comfortable on camera and open to participating in marketing videos.
  • Fast learner who can adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
