This is a hybrid position where you'll be required to be in office at least two days a week with the flexibility to work from home the remaining days if desired.
About The Role:
This is a brand-new role, designed for someone who lives and breathes AI tools—maybe not with a CS degree, but with curiosity, scrappiness, and some serious hands-on time with tools like ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, or even AutoGPT. You've probably already set up some custom GPTs, trained a chatbot or two, and figured out how to explain what "hallucinations" are at family dinner.
As our
AI Enablement Engineer
, your mission is to make sure our GTM-facing AI tools (like Zendesk AI) have the knowledge they need to do their jobs
accurately
and
autonomously
. That means keeping them trained, updated, and tested—especially when product features change or new documentation is added.
You won't be flying solo—you'll work closely with other members on the RevOps team, who handle the technical integrations. Your job? Ensure those tools stay useful, accurate, and aligned with what we know, what we offer, and what our clients are asking.
What You'll Do
- Own the ongoing training, testing, and quality assurance of our AI-powered GTM tools (like Zendesk AI, knowledge bots, internal copilots).
- Make sure these tools are always trained on the most up-to-date product knowledge, especially after feature launches.
- Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Customer Support to curate high-quality training inputs (docs, FAQs, videos, etc).
- Identify and fix "hallucinations" or irrelevant responses through prompt tuning, retraining, and smart data inputs.
- Partner with other members of the RevOps team who handle the actual tool and data integrations—you'll focus on performance, not plumbing.
- Build internal checklists and QA workflows to regularly test AI outputs against real-world scenarios.
- Stay up-to-date on new AI features across our GTM platforms—and help us figure out what's worth adopting.
- Help us define what "AI readiness" looks like across our customer-facing teams.
What You Bring
- Passion for AI tools and emerging tech—maybe you're the friend everyone texts when ChatGPT breaks.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, Perplexity, etc. Bonus if you've trained custom GPTs or similar.
- Familiarity with how LLMs work and how they
fail
—you don't need to be an ML engineer, but you should know what to watch out for. - Ability to write and edit training content, prompts, and documentation in a way that machines
and
humans can follow. - Great communication skills—you'll work across teams to source knowledge and evangelize best practices.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset. You like figuring things out, even if they've never been done before.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Exposure to platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, and others
- Comfort with light prompt engineering or prompt tuning
- Understanding of how knowledge bases and data sources fuel AI tools
