Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:

  • Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other designated spaces.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, including deep cleaning tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous and respectful while on-site.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Good physical stamina; ability to lift and move items as necessary during cleaning tasks.
  • Reliable transportation to travel between job sites.
  • Must be able to pass background checks as part of the hiring process.
