EVENING COOK (4 pm - 10 pm) – Fast Food Kitchen

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Evening Cook to lead our small fast-food kitchen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals efficiently, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and have strong leadership skills, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items promptly and consistently according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Manage food preparation during peak hours while maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Assist and support team members with any challenges in the kitchen.
  • Monitor inventory, request supplies as needed, and minimize waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization, ensuring proper sanitation practices.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a cook, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Experience with Mexican cuisine is highly appreciated.
  • Must be able to lift heavy weight.
  • Must know how to chop vegetables .
