Summary

We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join our dynamic team at Rutwind Brar LLP. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial records, ensuring compliance, and providing insightful analysis to support our clients' financial objectives. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
  • Perform account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy in financial data.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related reporting tasks.
  • Utilize accounting software to streamline processes and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough account analysis to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA designation is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software; experience with PeopleSoft or Xero is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
