Job Overview

As an Inventory Clerk, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management processes. You will be responsible for tracking inventory levels, managing stock movements, and ensuring that our supply chain operates smoothly. Your keen attention to detail and analytical skills will help us optimize our operations and enhance our overall performance.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess.
  • Perform regular audits of inventory to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and procurement teams to forecast demand and manage stock replenishment for all locations.
  • Implement process improvements in inventory control to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Conduct on site inventory counts with all locations.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong data analysis skills with experience in data mining and visualization.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management principles, including logistics, procurement, and category management.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during stocking and materials handling tasks.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in warehouse distribution or retail management is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis techniques related to pricing and inventory management.
