From European farmhouses to Scandinavian retreats, our plans emphasize precision, functionality, and client collaboration. We're looking for a skilled Architectural Drafting Technician to help bring these bespoke visions to reality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings, and 3D models, using Revit.
- Work closely with our designers to develop plans from initial concepts to permit-ready documents.
- Ensure designs meet BC Building Codes, local zoning, and energy-efficient standards.
- Incorporate client revisions, site specifics, and feedback into accurate updates.
- Manage project files and support smooth workflow from draft to completion.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or certificate in Architectural Technology, Drafting, or equivalent.
- 2+ years in architectural drafting, preferably with custom residential projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and deadline orientation.
- Enthusiasm for custom home design and a collaborative spirit.
