Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

  • Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during all food handling processes
  • Assist in meal preparation, including breakfast prep, chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling banquet dishes
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service
  • Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and report any shortages to management

Skills

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred with banquet experience
  • Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations
