STRATHMORE FORD is looking to add a JR. PARTS ADVISOR to our team.

We have anopening for a full-time Jr. Parts Advisor.

Responsibilities, but not limited to:

  • Receiving of daily and stock order
  • Returning of warranty parts back to vendor
  • Preparing shipments and arrange freight pick ups
  • Bin counts
  • Provide top notch customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of inventory - parts, accessories, and tires
  • Keeping current with all the latest and greatest aftermarket accessories
  • Knowing which suppliers to order from when working on a deadline
  • Prepare estimates and order parts under tight time constraints
  • Other dept. duties as required

Requirements:

  • Ford experience is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of parts – tires, accessories, and aftermarket options
  • CDK experience an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work with automotive parts vendors
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, problem solving skills
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Motivated to succeed and grow
