Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen and front Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Responsibilities

  • Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Support the kitchen team in food handling, serving, and presentation of dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Participate in inventory management by helping to track stock levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • Previous A&W restaurant experience or kitchen experience is must.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and meal assembly processes.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively.
