Location

Purpose of the Position

Support daily compound operations by transporting personnel, drivers, and inspectors between designated railhead, office, and yard locations. The Shuttle Driver ensures on-time crew movement and contributes to safe and efficient workflow coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company shuttle vehicles to transfer employees within the compound and railhead areas according to the daily schedule.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and inspection logs.
  • Follow traffic and site safety guidelines, including speed limits and entry protocols.
  • Communicate any maintenance or safety concerns promptly to the site manager.
  • Assist with vehicle positioning or small logistics tasks when required during low-traffic periods.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 4B driver's license and clean driving abstract.
  • Strong sense of punctuality and responsibility for time-sensitive transfers.
  • Ability to work outdoors and adapt to changing operational needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for daily interaction with site staff and supervisors.
  • Candidates must have proficiency in French.
