Experienced Service Advisor needed for a busy Orangeville Store

Responsibilities:

  • Implement all systems, procedures, and processes
  • Achieve high profitability
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Be accountable for recruiting technicians and leading them to success
  • Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profits, and expenses

Qualifications:

  • Superior customer service skills
  • PROVEN track record of exceeding industry benchmarks
  • Able to personally handle over one million dollars in annual sales
  • Automotive and tire knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and task management skills
  • Familiarity with computers and other technology
  • Keen understanding of the automotive aftermarket repair business
