Flow Wallet has quickly become one of the most important parts of the Flow ecosystem. By leveraging Flow's account abstraction, Cadence smart contracts, and consumer-first design, it's setting a new standard for what users should expect: safety, simplicity, and true ownership without compromise.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the Wallet team, you'll help shape the next wave of wallet innovation. You'll work across both the Chrome extension and backend, building features that tackle some of Web3's toughest challenges head on — from seamless account recovery and passkey integration to human-readable transactions, secure enclave support, and beyond. This role puts you on the front lines of how Web3 goes mainstream. You'll be building the core experiences that empower users to explore with confidence, maintain self-custody of their assets, and connect effortlessly with the growing universe of apps on Flow.

• Build industry-leading wallet features by helping Flow Wallet become the world's first multi-VM wallet, supporting both the Cadence and EVM ecosystems

• Deliver best-in-class wallet security by implementing Flow-native features such as human-readable transactions, capability-based security with Cadence, and secure enclave integration, setting a new standard for safety

• Apply a product-minded approach to software engineering, bridging the gap between product and engineering

• Translate product requirements into real user value and ensure that complex features feel simple, seamless, and empowering

• Drive initiatives end to end, working autonomously from concept through delivery, using your experience and intuition to guide major project initiatives to success

• Ship mainstream-ready software quality, preparing Flow Wallet to support both Cadence developers and the broader EVM ecosystem

• Collaborate with a world-class team of Web3 developers who dream big, tackle hard problems, and are committed to delivering real, tangible value for users

• Strong experience with JavaScript software development

• Proven background in modern web development

• Hands-on experience building and shipping Chrome extensions

• Exposure to open source or "build in public" projects

• Familiarity with the Web3 industry (preferred, but not required — you'll learn from some of the best)

• Experience building on Flow and/or with Cadence
