As a Master Data Management Leader, you will lead and deliver advisory engagements or components of Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Governance (DG) implementation projects. You will focus on identifying, designing, and implementing creative business and technology solutions for large companies, specifically in the context of ERP, Sales Force etc. implementations.
*What will your typical day look like?*
- Lead MDM advisory services and implementation projects.
- Participate in developing and presenting proposals for business development activities.
- Develop an understanding of industry specific use cases or signature issues that require MDM processes or solutions.
- Assess client needs using both standard and innovative assessment techniques and tools. Evaluate and validate analysis, developing recommendations within the overall engagement context.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables by effectively managing teams and client relationships.
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Completion of at least three Master Data Management solution implementations.
- Five or more years of relevant consulting experience in a corporate environment, with a consulting firm.
- Experience implementing MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Reltio MDM etc.
- Experience or exposure to Product Information Management (PIM)
- Experience in defining MDM strategy, developing systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
- Proven experience in project management (resource, scope, budget), with an emphasis on tech implementation solutions.
- Proven experience in interacting and communicating with both business-oriented and IT-oriented clients.
- Proven track record of success in identifying and addressing client needs and developing MDM solutions that solve complex business problems.
- Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to translate process requirements into technology functionality and vice versa.
- Relevant knowledge or experience in ETL/Data Transformation tools and databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization, build consensus, and foster change.
- Ability to work independently, managing small engagements or parts of larger engagements.
- Experience with pre-sales, proposals, and RFP activities.
- Willingness to mentor and counsel junior staff.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).

The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $234,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
