Echocardiography Technologist

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Ecocardiographer to join our medical team, MUST be registered with CMRITO in a good standing. The Technologist will be responsible for performing cardiography procedures (echo, stress echo, etc.) to assist in the diagnosis of various medical conditions.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience performing complete adult transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) studies and stress echocardiograms.
• Identify and promptly report urgent findings to the attending cardiologist.
• Conduct tests following CMRTO and ACD MED protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Provide current CPR/First Aid certification.

Duties

- Conduct echo examinations using specialized equipment

- Prepare patients for procedures and explain the process

- Analyze images to ensure high-quality diagnostic results

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret findings

- Maintain accurate patient records and follow protocols for data management

Skills

- Proficiency in conducting ultrasound procedures

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology

- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and medical staff efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $36.00-$50.00 per hour
